Freeze Dried Diced Redskin Potatoes

Diced Redskin potatoes that have been steam cooked to 80%. This leaves some texture for when you prepare so you don't have mushy potatoes. Makes 24oz of potatoes when rehydrated. 

Rehydrate and use as you would diced potatoes. Stews, sauté, or fry to your heart's content!
